Argumentation frameworks with necessities and their relationship with logic programs

This paper presents a comprehensive study of argumentation frameworks with necessities (AFNs), bipolar extension Dung Abstract (AFs) where the support relation captures positive interaction between arguments having meaning necessity: acceptance an argument may require other argument(s). The discusses new main acceptability semantics for AFNs and their characterization both by direct approach labelling approach. It examines relationship AFs shows gain provided former in terms concision. Finally, how to represent AFN as normal logic program (LP) vice versa cases establishes one-to-one correspondence extensions under (except semi-stable is not completely full) particular 3-valued stable models LPs.
